What age is this swaddle for?
Designed for newborns from 0 to 6 months. Stop swaddling once your baby starts showing signs of rolling — switch to a sleeveless sleep sack at that point.
Is muslin too thin for cooler nights?
Muslin is summer-weight by design. For rooms above 22°C it's ideal on its own; in cooler rooms layer with a long-sleeve bodysuit underneath. For winter nights, a heavier cotton sleep sack is a better choice.
How do I wrap it?
Lay flat, fold one corner over baby's shoulder, tuck under the opposite arm, then bring the other side across and tuck. Keep hips loose so legs can bend naturally — that's important for healthy hip development.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Muslin gets softer with every wash.
